What's new in Automator v1.5.0

Speed improvements

We’ve made dramatic speed improvements to the way that automations run, saving you even more time. Some automations are seeing over 10 seconds saved in our testing. Here’s an example that goes from 5 seconds to 0.1 seconds:

Component properties

We added support for adjusting text, boolean, and instance swap component properties in addition to variants.

“Set component property” is now compatible with your component properties

Improved action search

We’ve improved search while adding actions to an automation. Now you can use frequent keywords to find the actions you’re looking for even faster.

Searching “resize” returns “Set dimensions” for example
